Have sent DM to @gridcustomersuk but no reply hours later

Parents both elderly, father has stage 4 cancer. No power since 1.00pm and their post code is not reported as being affected despite local HV power outage. Spent two hours trying to report to @gridcustomersuk on phones as they have disabled option to report online

@gridcustomersuk Trying to report a fault for a post code which is not listed on your website - been on hold for 1.5 hours. Why are we unable to report via website?
