Gohan THOUGHT he was at half strength until Goku from the other world, reveals that he had even MORE power inside of him than he realized and that Gohan was subconsciously afraid of letting it out and destroying Earth. Gohan was wrong. Instead of taking one quote from the series to make your point, look at the entire chapter/episode. You look dishonest when you do that. People get so much wrong from the Cell arc.

@TheWigit @KingFanMan The watchtower one even when updated, always fails quest upon loading. "Lookup failed" is what I get. I have disabled all conflicting mods and while terran armada is working fine quest wise. My character running speed is very fast for some reason

@TheWigit @KingFanMan I have never had any issues with my Starfield save, it's from my original playthrough from launch, I have only had a few crashes here and there, but after downloading a few creations (Bethesda ones and verified creators) it seems that is when I started to have issues.
