How do you build something with no money and no subscription to chatgpt or cursor?

I'm 25yo. I cannot pay to build something online. I cannot pay my trading fees and do the old job. I do not have a piece of papers that certify my skills. I do not have a job. My parents are not helping me anymore. But worst, I do not have dreams. I do not have goals.
