The issue with this is what Street Fighter character would Capcom be okay with having their rib cage ripped out and then beaten with. Safe bet to say it probably won't be Ryu or Chun Li. Maybe Akuma or M. Bison?

This ultimately is what killed the show.
Because they decided to make Homelander just "the Trump allegory", they couldn't let The Boys actually be evil.
The entire point is that they are substantially worse than the Seven. And Butcher is a maniac barely in control of himself.
