Data can only get you to the correct conclusion when combined with the eye test and common sense. We are a shite watch and the data is also terrible in terms of our performances, you can’t out nerd your way out of this. Interpersonal relationships and coaching on a one to one level can’t be quantified through numbers and it’s obvious to anyone with eyes that a ton of the lads aren’t playing for this manager and the manager also looks like he doesn’t have a clue how to fix it. How about instead of saying what you know is wrong and talk about the summer window you actually coach and try and work it out that way.

Why hasn't young Trey got more of a chance in midfield by the way. Every time I see him he gets stuck in, plays his passes with purpose and is more mobile than what Macca is for getting about the pitch. He's got players there that should've been playing more and he doesn't 🤷‍♂️
