@WallStreetApes I have never ordered from those food apps. One time I tried Instacart at the beginning of covid from Kroger and that was the last time. The shopper was awful. There was no communication or common sense.

@Instacart @InstacartHelp I followed the instructions on how to edit and remove items on an order placed and the edit didn’t update successfully as proven by the agent I spoke to. Had to call. She said there would be a recalculating charge. Not fair.

I even had supervisors review it and confirm I completed the correct amount of batches tor the promo. Now they’re saying it’s a “stuck batch” but still haven’t paid me its been almost a week! Should I sue them? let me know what you think! @Instacart @InstacartHelp

@mikemorhaime I accidentally ordered the year subscription of instacart so I called to cancel and get a refund. He tried to tell me he would do it of I signed up for a month to month contract instead. He also told me I had to go into the app and sign up for it first before he would. He lied.

I had the worst Instacart grocery delivery this a.m. The shopper/delivery woman left my groceries at the entrance to the wrong building & took off. She was instructed repeatedly that someone would be meeting her w/ a cart. After dropping & leaving, she never answered again. 😠
