@BhoyBass @CraigHouston_ @JamTarts Its not evidence , just showing what happened. But its classless. The argument shouldn't be wether it was assault or not to divert away from bollocks behaviour. Parenting is to blame for most of it .

@crgi__m @FinnrikLarsson I’ve just recognised this incident from earlier I think that’s the one where the Hearts player knocks the phone out the boys hand, and starts jumping up and down, smashing it up

The SMSM will run the Hearts players assaulted storyline now. This is what actually happened.

@crgi__m @CraigHouston_ Very dishonest of you not to show the full video, which features @JamTarts player Frankie Kent knocking a phone from a man's hand. You're misrepresenting stories now because you haven't got a fucking leg to stand on!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

@andymuirhd the assault thing some gers fans have caught onto and taking mickey out of . but celtic would have done better if more are admitting what is wrong with behaviour incl martin oneil . though can understand as rod stewart lambasted when he shows concern , and other good men,

@andymuirhd morally fan on pitch is in wrong, the phone was the most important thing to the guy at that point when it shouldnt be & in the worst possible way, so why it took a battering . anyone with common sense & morals would see that, & so would most judges .

but that then delves into the actions of the player destroying or attempting to destroy the property, which is vandalism and against the law in its own right. At that point, the fan then had justification to stop the player from destroying his property and by law using reasonable force not excessive - which is didnt do. He pushed the player off his phone and then bent down to pick it up before the stewards got a hold of him.

@andymuirhd there isnt any assault being mentioned but it looks worse what the fan then did as player hasnt physically assaulted his body just wrecked his phone

As I mentioned in the text accompanying the full footage posted on socials - the pitch invasion shouldnt have happened, the fan will be dealt with accordingly because of it. But any good defence lawyer would see any assault charges dropped quite easily off the back of the Hearts players stamping on his phone and the actions of the fan to try to get his property back not assaulting the player.

@andymuirhd hearts statement hasnt used the word assault . so the player didnt want his photo taken when theyd been beaten so he knocked the phone out persons hand. stamped on it so he couldnt use it again. anyone can sympathise with that, id imagine even in court

@andymuirhd Do you have the bigger clip happy to watch. Guy shouldnt be on the pitch, its a sign of disrespect with half a min to go. Be different if it was the first win in 40 years, hence the emotion.

Problem is Craig, that video you linked cuts out about 12 seconds from the actual video and doesn't show what led to the fan pushing the Hearts player. In a court of law the full video would be shown and then dealt with thereafter not the edited version - which the defence would have a field day with if it was entered into evidence.

@crgi__m As you say its unpredictable but someone has fed the line to her or she has done it herself. Pat Nevin claimed on BBC that Shankland was assaulted but again no footage showing this, just Shankland aggressively pushing away a fan who laughed and stuck the fingers up at him.

@andymuirhd i hear it now, but its "physical abuse" , noones even noticed till celtic fans pointed out, as if its more an important fact than them giving out the physical abuse themselves, shes prone to mistakes on live tv, noone can predict such an event

@crgi__m @FinnrikLarsson I totally agree Hyperbole sells newspapers I’ve lost count of the games in both, Scotland and England of fans invading the pitch It’s usually put down to passion, exuberance or emotion It can be a bit galling

@citizentommy found guilty of what, your talking in riddles. no large media outlet has used the word assault , Hearts statement said "physical & verbal abuse " " menancing behaviour" and your guilty of charge on the pitch . physical behavious means intidating stance, spitting that sort ofthing

Where is the evidence to back up the media and punditry outrage and vitriol against Celtic supporters? It doesn't exist. No Hearts player was assaulted. No Hearts management team was assaulted. The Celtic support was condemned and found guilty without evidence. As per usual 😡🍀
Andy@andymuirhd

Days later, after every angle, every crowd clip, every phone video, there’s still no footage that backs up claims of assaults or serious physical abuse of Hearts players - but media and bandwagon jumpers adopt the narrative as truth without evidence to support andymuirhead.com/p/the-story-af…

@Paidallthebills @FinnrikLarsson yeah i notice these nuances, at the moment i think theyve flung in the word "serious" for attention. i take note of the journos names, even on BBC website etc they are often not much better but decent enough on sport . but that happens to all topics not just celtic

@Paidallthebills @FinnrikLarsson stuff on the web report can be crap, cheap paid young journos, maybe get money for infamatrary stories by clicks. serious wasnt used by hearts so the journalist at fault there, as often the case
