Nausea during pregnancy is no joke, but still, we just can't win. I'm pregnant. The only way to get around my nausea was to eat small meals but the only things that 'go down' easily are carbs. So then I had my doctor telling me to ease up on the carbs🤷‍♀️

So true! After getting after my toddler for washing her hands I can't help but notice how others wash their hands and we could all use a reminder.

@amandamull This is so me – we have a royal blue sand mixer (I swore I was going to bake more in) and a green dutch for all the soups and roasts I was going to make … and I did/have, but then came baby and with it new tools for making the best combination purees!
