@AmericanAir in addition to delaying me over 13 times unboarding me x 2 missing my entire trip to Spain and denying me a refund - they also announced over the speaker at one point to not eat the food in business class bc it expired

@united sold me a $5,000 business ticket (DB8S43) but left me stranded abroad. I was bounced between Lufthansa and LOT, both canceled on me. I missed work, court, and paid $350 in intl calls. ZERO support. I demand a full refund + compensation. #UnitedAirlines #TravelFail

@united your customer care is horrible. You asked us to rebook and change our flight ahead of a possible weather disruption. The alt plan you offered would send my family of 4 through Panama, then San Francisco then Newark then Boston. Then NO refund when we rebooked on American!

Another XMas & another absolute disaster by @SouthwestAir ! Flight delayed out of MSP to MDW multiple times & now cancelled on Christmas Eve…2nd year in a row. Representative says they will be doing nothing to compensate customers impacted! Do Better!
