I know I don’t talk much about Polenta but that’s because it still hurts a lot, going home and knowing she will not be there makes me cry. I still say I have two cats when people ask me and I know it’s weird but I wish it was true. I miss my little baby and I wish she was here

@ask_aubry This happened to me at PetSmart! The guy in line behind me heard me giving my number for my rewards points and he started texting and calling. Then he used it to find my address and showed up at my house. Now I use a fake number for those types of things.

@AshleyGWinter I work at a pediatric practice and it is the happiest work environment I’ve ever experienced! Our doctors are all the most precious humans!

A few different pediatricians have now seen our daughter in the hospital & my husband just exclaimed, "are all pediatricians adorable or something?!" And I had to explain to him that yes, in fact, all pediatricians ARE adorable.

@sarahclazarus I have two of them because my first one got lost and they were going to go fishing it out without any pain medication. I’m an IUD pincushion at this point lol.

@hinck07 @JoannaisWriting @xoknb I went through this when my then-husband was stationed in Germany. At one point, I told my mom that the military was going to let him kill me. If I disappeared, I wanted her to know it wasn’t by choice.

@JoannaisWriting @xoknb I know it's nearly impossible to go up against the DoD. It's especially problematic for those living overseas. It takes a lot of courage.

@TheRealHoarse I cannot begin to tell you how much flu we have seen in the last few weeks at the clinic where I work. I currently have the flu and my symptoms sound a lot like yours. Even if you can’t eat, stay hydrated as much as you can.

Whatever this bug is that I have, it has seriously effed up my internal thermostat. My hands and feet have been freezing for two days. If I wasn’t creeped out by this motel’s bathroom, I’d be in the tub.

@katmai_bear @clhubes Oh he’s 15 now and I definitely don’t miss the clinging! I enjoy having an independent and affectionate teenager who plops a kiss on top of my head and bounces off to his own room to sleep. The teenage years are my favorite by a wide margin.
