@roywoodjr @RudyG_3 I was making my way through the crowds at the Denver airport years back, and the escalator I was on suddenly stopped. No one moved for a couple of seconds, and I literally channeled Mitch Hedberg, yelling “They turn into STAIRS, people!”
And we were all on our way again.

@RudyG_3 the real tragedy of the Denver airport is they built that shit in the middle of nowhere with all that space and STILL made the moving sidewalks too narrow so you can't even sprint on them go get past people. if you late for a flight in Denver you gotta earn it.

To make a 36 min connection IN ATLANTA ya flight be 10 mins early, you gotta be sitting in rows 1-4, your connecting flight gotta be at the very next gate AND that flight gotta be delayed 15 mins.

@AdamSinger @lylepratt I’ve flown on one of those missions. It was a month after 9/11, and the refueling mission was to keep AWACS in the air over the eastern seaboard. Watched the whole operation through a little window at the back.
