@pcolabaycenter undergarments of the dancers. Told my friends, wheelchair bound mother she had to be pushed up the ramp! Only to change your mind when pushed about it. I’m pretty sure that violates ADA laws. Your security told me there have been so many complaints. Be better

@pcolabaycenter man please make up your mind. Here for dance comp and one day it’s come in front door, next it’s ramp, next it’s door. So when I try to come in door, I get chastised by the guard for trying to do so. It makes no sense. Then you must check every bag including the

@AA_HelpCs I spoke with AA and they are telling me it’s on United to provide a refund. I’ll call them tomorrow

@aairwaves they will not give us our bags but said we would have to file a claim and have them shipped to us. Flight 3113 the gate agent was LA. Terrible customer service, no compensation, nothing other than sorry.

@aairwaves I have a formal complaint. We are delayed and it is confirmed we will miss our connector and the only flight left out of Dallas for the evening. We wanted to leave the plane and go home but the flight attendant said no. We could leave the plane but they would not

@united another plane issue causing delays and reschedules. Tell me how you request maintenance crew some 1.5hrs ago and still not arrived. Compensation is warranted for this inconvenience.

@AmericanAir Flight arrived but the pilot is missing. No update from crew here. Would be nice to them to announce what is going on and update us on an estimated ETA
