@Emko_93 It's great to see Provstgaard, Motta, and Taylor have a good game. There should be a good foundation to build on in the next season barring a total exodus

The team and Sarri deserve praise today. The players are more and more getting used to what Sarri wants and are trying to follow his game. We managed to put Sassuolo under pressure in the second half and didn’t fell off which is great.

@Emko_93 @VanishviliLevan @Lazio_Land The team is not bad, but it's not great either. From the teams above us in the table, only Como has a worse overall squad. But they have money, gems like Paz and Baturina, and Fabregas who is doing a great job

@crolaziale @VanishviliLevan @Lazio_Land I agree, we were unlucky with injuries, some players needed time to adapt to a whole different style etc - all this affected our season. But this doesn’t mean we have a bad team and would have relegated.

@Emko_93 @VanishviliLevan @Lazio_Land We had a better team last season. Nuno was in form, Rovella played every match and had a partnership with Guendo. Less injuries overall. Not saying that we should accept the bad results and that Sarri is omnipotent but being midtable is a reality and Coppa the only salvation

@VanishviliLevan @Lazio_Land Last season we finished 1st in EL, reached 1/4 final in EL, was one game away from finishing in top 4 despite multiple ref errors and playing twice a week all season long. Let’s not just say that last season we were bad and midtable like this season.

Christos #Mandas officially at #Bournemouth on a 1.5 mil loan with a option to buy for 17 mil. The option becomes obligated if the Greek goalkeeper reaches a certain amount of appearances. If he would return to #Lazio in June the PL club will have to pay an additional 1 mil.

@Emko_93 If this is the plan, then I don't think Sarri will stay. He wouldn't be the right guy for this type of project. I don't trust Lotito and Fabiani to find a good manager to replace him, let alone half a squad of cheap, talented players. We need a few gems like SMS and Ciro were

@crolaziale Gila won’t renew for sure and must be sold in the summer. Without EL again we can’t keep Romagnoli at 3.5-4 mln per year better get 8-10 mln now for him. I am talking realistically about our situation not saying what i want to do.

Do Fiorentina have Serie B squad? Hell no. Do Fiorentina looked and played like Serie B team in the majority of the games? Hell yes. They were/are just poorly coached team.

@Emko_93 I understand the risk of spending big in January, and Lotito never did that, but at least keep or replace your key players. Not extending the likes of Romagnoli and Gila will make our job in the summer much more difficult

@crolaziale I think Lotito doesn’t want to take the risk to spend money now and then flopping and missing EL again which will be disastrous for us. With the way the season is going he will tank now and try to make a good team in the summer with or without EL.

@Emko_93 We are bad, and it seems that the board decided to tank this season by depleting the squad rather than strenghtening it. Is Sarri the man for the job I'm not sure, but his work this season has been sabotaged by Lotito and Fabiani

@crolaziale I don’t care about the results and standing this season but our performances have been subpar. Nothing wrong to lose to Como and Napoli but not the way we did. We indeed looked like Serie B team. We looked poor even against Pisa, Cremonese and Verona.

@patrickendrick With a few tweaks of the very subjective rules in the sport (length of the attack, offensive/defensive fouls) and a bit of marketing, handball has all the potential to grow around the world, not only a few enclaves in Europe

@Lazio_Land They claimed that the clubs finances were healthy and an error blocked the mercato in the summer When the mercato opened they sold 2 starters that got replaced with a prospect and a decent player that fell into our lap We are used to the lack of ambition this is just carelesness

@Lazio_Land It's not smart to give players huge wages, as others would want to earn the same But it's different with players like Romagnoli, Gila, Rovella You can't get better players on the market, and all you have to do is pay them well and do everything to keep them at the club

@Emko_93 @Lazio_Land Can't disagree. As a fan I'm very happy that we are getting players for the future, but I can understand Sarri's possible frustration this season. No additions in the summer, selling 2 starters, bringing in talented but unproven players

@crolaziale @Lazio_Land But also it will be stupid to go and buy 29-30 years old players just to please Sarri for the current season which is more or less gone. Better give young good players to Sarri now, he can teach them and be way better next season (if he wants to stay).

@lazio2121 In form Dia is a dangerous striker but he has been terrible for a year now and you really can't count on him. Feyenoord Gimenez was an animal but when he moved to Milan he has been worse than Dia

@crolaziale Dia is a better finisher. He had 15G season before. I would take Santi Gimenez but if not let Dia for a season or 2. I think he will come back and find his form with Taty gone less pressure.

I know some Lazio fans wanted him but I didn't, don't think he is that good so I am happy for him to go to Roma add on to there wage bill and do nothing. we dodged a bullet. #Lazio

@lazio2121 He is clearly better than Dia and Noslin, but for that kind of money, there are better options. Ratkov is one for the future, but Lazio needs a quality striker right now

@crolaziale His best season ever he scored 10 goals. For that amount we have Dia and had Taty should’ve kept him. He is a average striker nothing elite and over priced. I would take Santi Gimenez over him any day of the week
