Gattuso is going to instill discipline, dedication and grinta. That is not enough, but it is something. Something we haven't had for a long time. I give him 2 months, or around 10 games. If he doesn't succeed, he will be gone.

@Lazio_Land I would love Pisacane but he played with 3-5-2 (at least with Cagliari) and we definitely cannot buy 4 new CBs now to switch to 3-men backline. Keeping with 4-2-3-1/4-3-3 is a good thing. Let’s see how Gattuso will setup the team.

This is the 5th "rebuild" since Inzaghi left. In that time we'll have had 5 coaching changes (Sarri, Tudor, Baroni, Sarri, Gattuso?). And all of the last 6 coaching changes (starting with Inzaghi) have been caused because coaches chose to leave. They weren't fired - they left.

Ciao Sarri, thanks and never come back. His first time here he's won nothing with the best Lazio team in the last 20 years. This time a lot has happened in and around the club, Lazio was mostly average and nowhere near great. Which leads me to this:

He won almost all the derbies but lost the small matches, which cost him the title . He also benched Pukštas, our best young player

@Lazio_Land With Hajduk Split he finished 3rd with 63 points (two points away from 1st spot) - the season before him Hajduk finished also 3rd but with 68 points. @crolaziale @Croakis1 more info how Gattuso did in Hajduk?

@Lazio_Land He did terrible only in very poor Valencia though having 5 wins, 5 draws and 8 losses. Then with OM he did fine, he had some very good spells and was fired after 4 draws and 2 losses (before that he made 4 consecutive wins also).
