Dear @TfL why the hell you have to close ALL the station in Oxford Circus area at 18:30 on Saturday for OVERCROWDING? Can’t you just close SOME of the entrances? I had to walk to Green Park to find an open station to get home after work!! #tfl

@flong77 Yeah no I agreed and I did the same, both me and my boyfriends tried to get one via the Eventbrite apps but the app kept crashing at the payment stage :( but hey I’ve got really pissed off when I saw people that got the ticket just to sell it and real fan like us were left dry…

@crospa91 I went in via eventbrite rather then via waterstones, persisted and managed to get one. Dealing with that level of volume of demand for such a small number of tickets was never going to go well! I know I was lucky, but knew the odds were next to nothing going in to it!

But they should have managed it bit better with the Eventbrite system who wasn’t working properly for tons of people who tried. Simple as that.

You had the same chance of getting a ticket as this money grabbing person and 1000's others, unfortunately it didn't go your way this time. Same happens in all areas of life, people will make money where they see demand! Genuine fans got tix.

I think the only way to approach this thing in a fair way, will be just do a normal buy now and good look to the quicker one honestly. I know it’s impossibile to be fair to everyone in that way, but it will be the easier thing to do. If I was you I’ll do that!
