@CrossCountryUK hideously overcrowded train 0730 from SOU to Manchester. People sitting in reserved seats refusing to move for those who reserved the seat. Those standing in the aisle showing no regard for others being bashed by their bags and back pack. And I paid for this????

@CrossCountryUK I've booked a train journey for next week and when doing so I clicked request a seat reservation, however my ticket shows no seat details does this mean there are no seats available?
@CrossCountryUK So you are selling tickets for a 3.5 hour train journey for nearly £300 return and there's a good chance I will need to stand? Seems a bit much
