Gym progress! Which tbh doesn’t look like a lot from this angle but my hips actually grew by 6.5 cm and the fat pouch under my ass has become way less obvious. It also doesn’t look like I’m wearing a diaper under my pants anymore. I swear my butt was so saggy 😭

Guys my appetite and desire for food is almost completely gone and I should be happy but it's honestly a bit unnerving? Like, I love bagels but recently had one and couldn't even finish eating it because it felt like eating cardboard. I'm worried about losing muscle.

pretty much every disorder is formed Because of something. it’s really hard to be born “broken.” and that’s especially true for personality disorders! they’re clustered together for a reason: why would bpd be formed by trauma and not npd?

people with npd are not abusive. narcissistic abuse is not a real thing. i might be special and wonderful but there is nothing “unique” about the hypothetical ways me or anyone else with npd can hurt another person. we DEVELOP this disorder because of abuse

I've been throwing up for almost 2 days constantly. 2 days ago I had probably the biggest binge of my life volume wise, and it made me feel so sick. I didn't even purge, it all went out because my stomach rejected it. but I'm glad it happened, it truly was a wake up call
