@nevrmorxo @strawberrydiive Remember to measure using TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) not BMR to measure your deficit, your TDEE will be higher even if you are mostly sedentary

@hateyourhoney Metabolic adaptation. There's a reason people go through cutting/bulking cycles. Taper up to maintenance, stay there for 3/4 days then taper back down. It's like a tolerance break but for your diet.
