@virginmedia cant get through to your call centre. WebChat not working, WhatsAPP support no reply in 3 hours. Not really good enough is it? You have just increased my monthly bill by £20 when we in an agreed contract for another 12 months... please let me know how to get in touch

@PlayStationUK customer service must be some of the very worst out there. No support at the weekend. No obvs link to phone help on the website (I'm now waiting for 30 mins having found the number) - online help - currently number 46 in the queue ( 30 mins). Just not good enough.
