Yes, I dont have the guy's name handy but he teaches black youth to be respectful, intelligent and strong-minded. Absolute HERO. But he's only one guy. He understands culture needs to be shifted. Until other leaders within a group do the same at scale, prison is society's solution for those who cannot integrate into civil society
