@markballmd features like the auto PVR. Before auto PVR was available I just would measure the prostate and then do the easy calculations myself.

@crwmd Basically, can I see the mass and have a window for an u/s guided biopsy. If not, will probably go to IR for CT guided bx. How do you like the butterfly?

UroOncs: Anyone using portable POC #ultrasound (e.g. butterfly) for kidney/renal mass imaging in clinic. Interested in screening for #biopsy suitability. If so, which platform? #kidneycancer

@markballmd Not sure I understand how a handheld device would be helpful for that, but I’m probably misunderstanding your proposal. As for the butterfly, it’s very versatile and much cheaper than a typical PVR machine. They do hit you with a $500/yr fee to continue with some of the premium
