I want to remain realistic about the CLARITY Act. Even if it cruises through Senate Banking Committee markup (very likely with GOP majority & possible Dem crossovers), the real challenge is getting through the full Senate. It needs 60 votes to beat a filibuster, so basically all 53 Republicans and at least 7 Democrats. Elizabeth Warren is doing everything possible to block this whole thing. She'll likely become even more aggressive. Timing is going to be crazy right before midterms. Prediction markets are sitting at 60-70% for Clarity becoming law in 2026. If you wonder why it's not higher, this is why. Progress is obviously happening and we are close, but we shouldn't celebrate yet.

Valid points. Clarity is the only thing I can think of that can invalidate the 4 year cycle this time around, even if only a temporary blip. I don't think we'll ever get the rising waters phenomena again where every coin rises with BTC, but seems likely that a dozen or so of the "boomer" alts would pump. I just doubt that it passing will have zero effect, BUT in 2025-2026 it's clear that chaos is King so who tf really knows. Seems like trading against any and all reasonable hypothesese is the winning strategy. 😂
