Outside of my Bitcoin & long term positions. I have a small trading account (basically my activity bias pacifier) and I'm looking at buying LEAP Puts on some of these AI related positions. Cigarette advertising is fascinating to me not exactly noble work, obviously, but fascinating. No other category had budgets like it, and for decades it attracted the industry's biggest talent. By the time I arrived in advertising, the regulations had become incredibly strict, but the money was still enormous. They'd fly you around the world for a shoot. The irony was that after all that, the only thing you were allowed to make was a black-and-white ad. I have a few I've collected but wife hates them--been hiding a bunch

.@nikitabier The new algorithm has severely reduced discoverability and made the platform feel much more like an echo chamber. I understand the thinking behind the change, but I worry it will prevent memes and ideas from spreading organically across different communities. The recent George Costanza meme is a good example. It may seem trivial, but it gave people across completely different groups and ideologies something fun to participate in together. Those moments act as bridges. They expose people to creators and communities they otherwise would never encounter. With the algorithm this tightly curated, I’m afraid that kind of organic cultural crossover is going to disappear.
