GHK-Cu has published human data on wound healing that most people overlook because they're focused on the anti-aging angle. A 1.5% GHK-Cu topical formulation showed statistically significant improvement in chronic wound closure in a controlled trial. Copper peptides aren't just skincare. They're tissue repair.

People keep asking me how I stay fit at 58. This isn’t complicated. It’s early mornings, heavy iron, smart fueling, walking, and cutting off food at night so my body can recover and rebuild. Three days a week I hit my peptides + TRT + black coffee first thing and get after it. Evenings I take GH before bed. Quick breakfast for fuel, oats or a bagel for the carbs. Then straight to the gym. Weights 5 days a week. No excuses. I try to walk in the afternoon. Keeps the body moving, clears the head, and helps with recovery. The rest of the day is high protein, 2-3 small meals of real food. Nothing fancy. No eating after 4pm. That gives me a solid ~14-hour intermittent fasting window (4pm to 6am). Savage style. Consistency over perfection. TRT + peptides + iron discipline in the gym. I’ve dropped 45+ lbs and stay lean because I show up every single day. At 58 I’m not competing with 20-year-olds, I’m competing with who I was yesterday. Ex-LEO mindset: grind, adapt, lead. Not medical advice, just what works for this old dude. If you’re a dad or guy over 40 trying to stay strong for your family, start simple: lift heavy, eat protein, walk, and be consistent as hell. Who else is building in their 50s+? Drop your protocol below. Let’s call each other higher. Live savage!

People keep asking how I stay in this shape at 40. So here's the diet protocol I use to keep my body in an elite, healthy, and functional state (while everyone my age gets sicker): 1. I skip breakfast completely.

16lbs down naturally before even starting Reta is a strong position to be in already. Most people jump in without fixing their habits first. You’ve already built momentum which is very good. Main thing I’d watch combining Reta + keto + fasting is going too aggressive too fast. Reta already crushes appetite and slows digestion. Now doing multi day fasts fast on to that can cause rapid muscle loss, dizziness or low energy My advise 1. Start low with dozing 2.priotize protein heavily 3. Keep electrolyte high 4. don’t force long fasts during the first few weeks while learning how your body responds Also don’t judge progress only by scale weight. Reta can flatten appetite so hard that under eating becomes easy. You are welcome

@crypto_incense Thanks! Starting Reta Mon. Down 16 last month from keto alone. I'll be cautious of higher fat/low carb diet I've been on. Any advice is appreciated. Never used Reta before. Also fast a few days every few weeks. Any cautions there?

If you’re on Retatrutide (Reta) and still eating certain foods, you could be making the side effects far worse without even realizing it. Reta already slows digestion significantly. Food stays in your stomach longer, which is part of why appetite drops so hard. But when you combine that with the wrong foods, it’s not just “feeling a little off.” That’s when the nausea, bloating, sulfur burps, reflux, discomfort, and even vomiting start hitting people hard. Here are some of the biggest mistakes people make while on Reta: High-fat greasy foods Fried food, fast food, heavy oils, greasy takeout these slow digestion down even more. On Reta, that combination can feel brutal and is one of the fastest ways to trigger nausea and stomach discomfort. Sugary heavy foods Candies, desserts, sugary drinks, and processed sweets can cause energy spikes, crashes, cravings, and worsen nausea for many users. Your body handles these differently while digestion is slowed. Large meals Even “healthy food” can become a problem if you overeat. Big portions + delayed stomach emptying = bloating, pressure, discomfort, and sometimes throwing up. Alcohol A lot of people notice alcohol hits way harder on Reta. Tolerance can feel completely different, and nausea ramps up fast. Carbonated drinks Sodas and sparkling drinks can build excess gas pressure in a stomach that’s already digesting slowly. That’s why some people experience constant burping or uncomfortable fullness. Ultra-processed foods Chips, packaged snacks, junk food, and heavily processed meals are easy to overeat and low in nutrients. They usually make overall side effects worse and leave people feeling sluggish. Too much fiber overload Fiber is good but overloading it suddenly while on Reta can leave you painfully bloated and uncomfortable. Increasing it gradually works much better. Spicy foods Not everyone needs to avoid spice completely, but if you’re already dealing with reflux, nausea, or stomach sensitivity, spicy meals can push it over the edge quickly. Reta isn’t just about eating less It’s about eating smarter. A lot of people blame the peptide for side effects when in reality, their food choices are making the experience 10x worse. Retamaxxing always 🗿

Are you a woman taking a GLP-1 and worried about losing your curves? That’s actually a very valid concern and there are a few important things that can help. First, let’s talk about hormones. Estrogen plays a major role in where your body stores fat. It signals your body to keep fat in areas like the chest and glutes rather than around the midsection. When estrogen levels begin to drop, especially during perimenopause or post-menopause, fat distribution can shift away from your curves and more toward the belly area. Because of this, many women benefit from getting their estrogen levels optimized before or alongside using a GLP-1. A lot of current research also leans toward transdermal hormone options like creams or patches rather than oral pills. You also need to pay attention to progesterone and testosterone levels. Testosterone in particular is extremely important because it helps preserve muscle mass — and muscle is the actual foundation your glutes and curves sit on. The second thing is protein and collagen intake. You should aim for at least 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body weight daily. On top of that, getting around 20–30 grams of collagen can help support skin elasticity and keep the skin tighter as body fat decreases. If appetite suppression or nausea from GLP-1s makes eating difficult, a simple option is blending collagen with chocolate protein powder, a little creatine, and your preferred nut milk. It turns into a pudding-like shake that can easily give you around 40 grams of protein while still being enjoyable to eat. The third thing and probably one of the most important is resistance training. You should be strength training at least 3 times per week. Focus heavily on movements like: hip thrusts squats deadlifts chest-focused exercises When you lose weight on a GLP-1, your body naturally wants to burn both fat and muscle. Heavy resistance training sends a strong signal telling your body to preserve muscle tissue while the fat comes off. Bookmark this, reshare it, and send it to someone who’s considering GLP-1s or currently using them.

@Satoshipeptides 24 hour fast on Reta can work for some people, but it’s not always necessary and can backfire if you’re already struggling to eat enough protein, hydrate properly, or maintain energy.

Taking Reta and actually want elite results? Then stop treating it like a shortcut and start treating it like a system. 1. PRIORITIZE PROTEIN Reta crushes appetite, but if your protein intake is too low, your body won’t just burn fat… it’ll burn muscle too. If eating enough protein feels impossible, your dose is probably too high. 2. LIFT WEIGHTS At least 3x a week. You need to give your body a reason to keep muscle while the fat comes off. No resistance training = smaller body, weaker frame. 3. WALK EVERY DAY This is non-negotiable. 8,000–10,000 steps daily will do more for fat loss, digestion, energy, and blood sugar than most people realize. Your body was built to move. 4. HYDRATE AGGRESSIVELY A lot of people blaming Reta for side effects are simply dehydrated. Drink water like your results depend on it because they do. Low water intake makes nausea, fatigue, headaches, and constipation much worse. 5. DON’T RUSH THE DOSE This is where most people sabotage themselves. You didn’t gain the weight overnight, so stop trying to lose it overnight. Jumping doses too fast usually leads to nausea, low energy, poor workouts, and misery. Reta works best when you combine it with discipline, movement, hydration, and high protein not laziness. RETA MAXXING🗿

@crypto_incense Really great write-up. The most important for me are 3 and 4. Walk/exercise every day and hydrate aggressively. If you don't do these, your digestion will slow to the point where constipation becomes a problem and you'll feel awful. Zen basil seeds have been helpful as well.
