I have written extensively about $QURE since mid-December (see the blog for all the posts), when the stock was around $20, outlining why I believe AMT-130 gets an Accelerated Approval designation. In my opinion, the outcome is AA + light PMR, implying a price target north of $100 at minimum. We are now weeks (days?) away from receiving the Type A meeting minutes. Yesterday, someone paid $1.5 million in premium for $QURE April $70 calls, which suggests they effectively agree with this thesis. I was obviously not present at the meeting, but no rational bettor makes a large, out-of-the-money call option purchase on a quasi-binary stock that has never traded at that price unless they believe the odds are meaningfully in their favor.
