This is the dumbest thing I’ve read all day. Do you really think doctors don’t tell patients to “exercise and eat a healthy diet?” 🤦🏽♂️ The reality is, it’s far easier to adhere to taking a medication once a day than it is to go to the gym / for a walk and change your diet every day. Not to mention the social determinants of health that create barriers to healthy eating and exercise… but clearly this guy doesn’t have the capacity to understand these nuances.
