IMO, $MSTR should trade at a big premium to its underlying $BTC holdings (currently 100%+). $BTC on balance sheet is essentially cash. With $15 bn of "cash", they can in theory do a lot to achieve a high ROI including acquisitions.

@john_j_brown @Sync_Legend Zero chance there's any forced buying. Bankruptcy judge would never approve and I doubt even creditors would support such a value destroying option. Current default is claims paid out in USD (and converted to USD at bankruptcy date) although there's always room for negotiation.

Will FTX creditors get paid in kind or converted to USD? If, it is in USD, which date is used for the conversion rates?

@thiccy____ Nice. Helps that the FTX estate holds a bunch of APT so there's at least 1 committed seller.

@tmnxeq @mtndrew It's possible but given that Galaxy runs their own OTC desk, seems less likely. They're trading as agenct rather than principal for FTX so they don't care as much about overall slippage. I'm sure it's simple enough to run a TWAP.

@mtndrew I assume everything is sold OTC, and these are not Galaxy's deposit addresses. the sale happens before the xfer SOL is different to ETH/BTC in many dimensions
