@FABConnects 2/ I asked them to review the recorded calls where the agent confirmed my eligibility. After a week, they called back saying it's my responsibility to check the website, not just believing agents. This is very confusing and unprofessional. 😠

@almaryahbank I have opened account and its almost going to be 3 months and i am still waiting for my account to get active. Several follow ups made and still they says its under process. Feel very very slow in process when i compare with my current bank.Any help?

@emiratesislamic @UAEBF I have given a complaint with EIB regarding a false loan attached to my account and given a complaint which was closed without a solution. A second complaint has been registered still none contacted soon. No help received for this false transaction.
