After browsing r/progresspics for the last few months I could immediately tell that OP was the type of guy who "never cheats". About once a week you have one of these guys show up with absolutely maniacal dedication. A few thoughts here: 1) You have more fat and less muscle than you think. You need to understand this to have realistic expectations or you're going to disappoint yourself and lose motivation. This dude is probably like 7%-8% bodyfat. Absolutely shredded. And still weighs 150 pounds without being very big. Without lifting, this guy would have just looked skinny-fat until he hit 145 pounds or lower. 2) Cooking is pretty crucial. Pretty much all elite transformations involve development of cooking skills. 3) Sugar is evil. You gotta let that shit go. 4) If you really want it bad, you need to tap into autism.
