Update: @anthiasxyz, the risk manager for all Moonwell Core Markets, has published a report on the governance forum detailing today's oracle malfunction concerning wrsETH.
To mitigate risks associated with potential over-borrowing by previous wrsETH suppliers, the borrow caps for all Core Markets on Base and OP Mainnet have been reduced to 0.1 for their respective assets. These caps will be reinstated once we better understand the nature of the failure and are confident it won't recur, or if an alternative oracle solution is found.
