So I have posted about my bot a few times, been building a web app alongside it which I am now opening up to anyone to use. The web app basically scans ETH & Base for top gainers and new coins every 30 minutes. It then produces an AI summary for each token based on scraped data. This summary is kept in view for 24 hours, so even tokens which pump and then dump again are visible for a whole day. This gives you a general view of what is happening in the market every day. For each token, we try to capture what the token is, why it's pumping, who the dev is (if we found him) and the general sentiment around the coin. We have filters to avoid spam tokens, so some good ones might not get scanned, you can do a search for tokens that don't come up in the automatic scan. The 2024 law legally guarantees that your 5-year citizenship clock begins the day you applied. Also recent rulings by the Constitutional Court protect existing 2021/22 applicants from being retroactively pushed into the new 10-year residency requirement. So according to the law it's not correct.

Seen a lot of takes that went quite viral about this today that Portugal no longer becomes an option anymore to immigrate to. Lots of info here factually incorrect. 1/ If you are a fellow European = no need for any visa. You could move tomorrow with barely any trouble. I'm from Belgium and if I want to I can keep my Belgian ID/passport my entire life with zero benefits or reason to ask for a Portuguese one. I could if I wanted ofcourse. Just not needed at all and I'm not at a disadvantage whatsoever. Every country in Europe where you have a local ID = European ID. You already have a visa. 2/ The 17-year claim here below? Not true. ​Since 2024, the 5-year countdown starts the moment you APPLY, not when you get the card. This saves you years of waiting. (in the past the timer started when you got the card and this already took years yes) 3/ ​No Houses is true: You can’t buy real estate for a visa anymore. It’s now €500k in Investment Funds. 4/ There is a new rule yes BUT it's not retroactive. If you applied anytime before you are generally protected under the old 5-year rule. 5/ What did change? A new 10-Year Rule: Parliament just voted to raise the requirement to 10 years for new applicants (2026 onwards). ​CONCLUSION: ​It's not 17 years, but if you apply today, the ~ time did just move from 5 years to 10. The "Golden" era is definitely getting harder. But remember: NOT retroactive No problem if you are already European
