building a phala $PHA position atm (not done yet, just going to share first coz ppl are bombarding dms) current price: ~0.041 / market cap: 30m , fdv 40m pretty much the only player perfectly positioned for the AI Privacy narrative, in the entire 10b+ AI compute infra sector and 20b+ dePIN sector - TLDR is that its privacy infrastructure for AI. extremely undervalued at current market cap of 30m, fdv is 40m (low supply overhang) - currently very near to bottom which was during much worse macros, market regimes and sentiment at 15-20m right now, price is decoupled from growth & adoption, while being in confluence with favorable risk-on appetite entering this week 1. $PHA is the original AI Privacy infrastructure and they have reached PMF, they're at 2B tokens/day via OpenRouter and growing - price hasn't reflected it yet. 2. AI privacy is the biggest possible AI x crypto TAM. its the only vertical where AI compute infrastructure and crypto can intersect naturally. 3. bigger players such as akash $AKT started pivoting to AI privacy on january 2026 they have gained >150m in market cap since then, even without native TEE status. thats 5x of phala's market cap. $PHA already has native Intel TDX + NVIDIA TEE with cryptographic proofs. 4. other bigger players in 300-3B market caps still depend on provider trust while phala is the only one with verifiable AI Privacy, at 30m market cap. the upside is simply there, not to mention (hopefully) price exploration. 5. this is conditional on the crypto eco having a nice risk-on move this coming week as well, e.g. $HYPE $ZEC $NEAR continues their move to the upside 6. the thesis is pretty simple: $ZEC = privacy for capital, $PHA = privacy for AI. 7. we can go into deep technical perspectives e.g. hardware-enforced LLM inference privacy => an actual large need in the industry + very few projects tokenized it - but personally I don't think that its worth only 30m. 8. there are a lot of AI compute infrastructures in the game (e.g. tao, akash, render, aethir, io) - but none of them is hyper-focusing on AI privacy to the level that phala does. this isn't them chasing rotations as well, they've been one of, if not the first mover since 2024. funnily enough, valuation is at a miniscule fraction vs said players. narratives are still diluted among aforementioned players, however pha in of itself has hyperfocused on ai privacy infra since 2024 and their adoption metrics speak for themselves. 9. fortunately, price hasn't necessarily caught up yet - which leads me to believe that this is a good r:r play made possible by the lack of clarity in the AI x crypto space. if they do things right, they do have potential to lead the ai sector among the crypto eco, making a speculative premium possible as further continuation on top of the asset itself being relatively underpriced in regards to the sector. everybody uses LLMs and llm privacy is a desperate need in the industry atm. hardware-enforced TEE's are a natural solution, and phala is essentially the only one among the ~bottomed-out ai x crypto ecosystem well-positioned to capitalize on this rotation. think that if crypto eco gets a nice run, e.g. hype zec near runs, then the next logical rotation is AI Privacy - and pha is the only one with native TEE narratives all the way since 2024, essentially the OG's who are also growing in adoption and user metrics. just mispriced by the market. based on dd, it's pretty obious that pha is pretty much the best r:r in the entire ecosystem since its barely at 30m but is accessible to retail via binance, bybit, etc once/if mindshare reaches the mainstream. not done bidding yet as well, doing twaps and scaled orders down to 0.035 range - sharing the thesis earlier coz i haven't seen anyone talk about it on the TL yet. as always though NFA DYOR. reality check is that its very small in valuation which means that it can either go explosive or drop a significant amount - so please manage risk. never fomo and don't go high leverage, think spot is best for now MP
