Does anyone know how to buy private anymore? Cars.com or autotrader have pushed out virtually all private sellers. Facebook marketplace is only salvage flippers. I don’t know where to go to buy private party, anymore.

I've finally done it! 👀
Markerless motion tracking using just:
☑️One regular 🚨HANDHELD🚨 camera
☑️No GPU or CPU usage at all (it even runs smoothly on a Chromebook) - just WiFi.
☑️And zero lost joints - if the camera can't see it, the AI just guesses the most likely position… and it nails it every single time 🔥
All those $150K motion capture setups are total scams at this point.
I'm just getting started with this system and I'll be posting more as I build it out. Stay tuned if you're into sports, training, or animation tech.

Commercial appraisers are funny.
One just called and said he saw I sold a complex nearby and that it would be a good comp for the one he is appraising but doesn’t have any info on my sale.
I said sure I’d be happy to share the info if he can tell me the property he is appraising so I can make sure I am aware of what’s trading in the market.
He said no.
I don’t care if it’s for privacy purposes.
I told him you need to give data to get data. It’s not a one way street!
He should join the marketing team at Co-Star! They love asking for data without supplying any unless you pay $1,000+ a month!

@yourealazyfvck i think the main play is pick a niche that you are very familiar with and already know the pain points, build to solve those issues. if you try and be an "ai integrator" for every business, you are going to fail.

AI Automation = work once get paid once. No business or company in their right mind would pay someone monthly on retainer to build something that “automates.” The entire point of automation is to do it once so you don’t have to do it anymore.
While it sounds good in theory, there is too much complexity.
The same thing occurred with SMMA. I know this because I used to teach this before I started Synthesys.
There’s too much complexity in the “AI Agency” space because of how many tools and wrappers there are as things are moving at light speed.
If you’re going to get into this business you need something with predictability and repeatability in your service delivery so that you can actually scale.
Trying to convince someone at level 1 or level 0 of awareness to “automate” something for $5,000-10,000 or more per month is a losing man’s game.
