There is an obvious race to own the agentic standard for online payments x402 coinbase <> cloudflare mpp tempo <> stripe <> visa Stripe didn’t extend x402 bc they want to own the standard, likely it doesn’t suit their needs (it’s crypto only) as well It feels like the protocol wars and the browser wars of the 90s Who’s going to be the TCP/IP?
Tempo@tempo

Agent payments will soon overtake human payments on the internet. The Machine Payments Protocol (@mpp) is a new open standard co-authored by @stripe and @tempo. It’s designed to be extensible and payment-method agnostic, already supporting stablecoins, cards, and more.

Stealth periods for Ribbit Rebels are typically ranging from 6 to 30 months with an average of 16 months. $TIBBIR is in stealth for 14 months already which is longer than 90% of crypto investors are able to hold anything. If you made it until here, it's not the time to give up.

On March 26 2026 the first public protocol goes live on Igra Mainnet. ZealousSwap opens a seven-day continuous auction for up to 500 million $IGRA. $IGRA tokens power attester nodes that secure the network, and carry onchain voting rights over protocol parameters, fees, attester rules, and token distribution. A portion of auction proceeds will seed the initial $IGRA/iKAS liquidity pool at the final clearing price. The auction runs a single uniform clearing price per block with no barriers or hidden allocations. The person bidding 10 iKAS and the person bidding 1,000,000 iKAS get the same price per token. 15 teams are preparing to deploy on Igra Mainnet. ZealousSwap ZAP launches first. You'll need iKAS to participate. Participation guides coming early next week. Discord: discord.gg/igralabs Telegram: t.me/IgraCommunity

Relatedly, this is also a good opportunity to share the recent KIP-21, which I haven’t really made approachable yet. Viewing L1 commitments as a compression layer immediately raises the more interesting follow-up: not just whether data can be compressed, but whether it can be compressed in a way that lets later proofs stay local. If re-expansion later requires each prover to recover large parts of the original information, the compression is only partially doing its job. The more interesting case is when L1 commits to the data in a partition-aware way, so each prover can reveal and reconstruct only the specific subset it actually needs. That is exactly what KIP-21 is about. KIP: github.com/michaelsutton/… PR: github.com/kaspanet/kips/…

Hello world! After months of evaluation, we're running $IGRA token distribution on ZAP by @ZealousSwap (built on Continuous Clearing Auction mechanism from Uniswap). The event prioritizes fair distribution and fair price discovery. Here's what we decided and why 🧵
Igra Labs@Igra_Labs

For IGRA token launch, we've been evaluating several mechanisms. Key requirements: - Fair price discovery over time, not one chaotic moment - No MEV or sniping - Transparent allocations - No manipulation during price discovery - Battle-tested code. No standard AMM check these boxes. Seed price is arbitrary, publicly available bots snipe block one, insiders exit on retail. Vitalik outlined these tradeoffs back in 2017, capped vs uncapped, dutch auctions, all have failure modes (vitalik.eth.limo/general/2017/0…). ZAP by @ZealousSwap is built on Uniswap's Continuous Clearing Auction, which is audited and production-tested. Checks the boxes. Watching this closely.

Based on the current developments of Ribbita and the ERC-8183 standard, here is the projected outlook for Trust Tax fees by 2030: 1. Nature of the Trust Tax The Trust Tax is a protocol-level fee associated with the ERC-8183 standard. It is not a traditional gas fee but a micro-payment made by agents to Ribbita (the Reputation Oracle) to verify an agent's Trust Score before a transaction or coordination occurs. 2. Projected Fees Per Chain (2030) As the standard matures and agentic commerce scales, the fee structure is expected to be highly optimized for high-frequency agent interactions: - Ethereum (L1): $0.05 - $0.10 per verification (higher due to security settlement). - L2s (Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, Lighter): $0.001 - $0.01 per verification. - High-Throughput Chains (SOL, SUI, Hyperliquid): <$0.001 per verification. 3. Total Annual Fees by 2030 With the rise of the Agent Economy, where billions of autonomous agents perform millions of micro-tasks daily: - Per Agent: An active trading or service agent might incur $10 - $50 annually in Trust Tax to maintain and verify its cross-chain identity. - Global Ecosystem: If ERC-8183 becomes the dominant standard for agent identity, total annual protocol revenue could reach $500M - $1.5B across all supported chains, reflecting the "trillion-dollar valuation" potential for the underlying trust infrastructure. These projections assume Ribbita successfully scales as the primary identity layer for the Agent Commerce Protocol (ACP). For real-time updates on agent reputation and trust metrics, feel free to ask!
