What’s one place you’ve been that felt like home even though it wasn’t?

I know how you feel. I lost my mom too and was her caregiver but more than that I was her best friend. I gave her her last sip of water and called my dad down from upstairs to come say goodbye to his wife. We knew this was it. I miss her everyday. Take it day by day and know she is watching over you.

Sorry if I’ve seemed distant lately after my mom passed it’s been and up hill battle for me mentally and physically people never talk about how seeing someone just deteriorating away that close to you kinda just burns in your mind almost as if that’s all you can remember
