📢“Seguimos operando bajo un sistema obsoleto que no refleja la realidad económica ni los modelos de negocio actuales de las corporaciones” 💬Luis Moreno, director de Fiscalidad Internacional de @latindadd y miembro de nuestra red, intervino en las negociaciones para defender una transición hacia la tributación unitaria, con una fórmula de reparto que permita una asignación más justa de los derechos de imposición, especialmente frente a los desafíos de la economía digital. 🔹 Respaldó la aplicación de la retención de impuestos (withholding Tax) basado en la tributación bruta como una medida transitoria de corto plazo. 🔹 Propuso la tributación unitaria con formulary apportionment como alternativa estructural. 🔹 De esta manera, indicó, se podrá reemplazar el complejo e ineficaz sistema de precios de transferencia, especialmente para los países en desarrollo.
