I can’t make it to today’s #mymorningjacket show at the wharf till after 10pm. I’ve tried asking if I can transfer my tickets to Philadelphia but I got the generic “no refunds or exchanges” message. What’s annoying is that I won’t be able to even pick up my VIP items because you have to pick them up before 8pm. The email says that in order to be able to transfer the tickets to someone else I need to provide a photocopy of my ID which feels like a violation of my privacy. Is there a common sense solution to this? There’s going to be a vip package going to waste and tickets that could be purchased by another fan that missed out on the vip package.
