My Samsung Care+ was suspended for “non-payment” after 16 months of on-time payments. I’ve contacted support 20+ times and updated multiple payment methods, but the promised auto-charge never happened. Please resolve this ASAP. @SamsungCareUS@SamsungMobileUS
@SamsungCareUS I’ve already contacted Samsung Care+ and spoken with them 20+ times. For the past 10 days I’ve only been told the backend team will resolve it, but nothing has happened. My phone isn’t working properly, and I can’t file a claim because of an issue on Samsung’s side. Plz escalate
