Tankers @stwater work through the night to clear backlog of sewage in Tibberton, currently on site where 100 houses are pending planning, hope you have enough in the budget for an extra pumping station as it can’t cope at the moment with current demand! @SPBroadway @worcesternews

Terrible news The Oct energy price cap's now predicted to rise 51%, taking a typical bill to £2,980/yr (£180 more than Ofgem said in May) So 'IS NOW THE TIME TO CONSIDER FIXING?' - yes, depending on who your firm is. My full helps' here moneysavingexpert.com/utilities/-are… PLS SHARE

@MartinSLewis Is it worth changing suppliers, as the price will be risen by all suppliers? I am with Octopus Energy

@MartinSLewis I'm with eon, my bill was £105 and it's gone up to £207. I don't understand why mine is so high as I'm out all day, really watch what I use etc. Certainly won't be putting my heating on, I've invested in a nice thick fleece to wear and a thick blanket.

@MartinSLewis After Green energy folded, I was dumped with @ShellEnergyHome. I desperately want to move from that company and their extortionate profit. Who are taking on new customers?

@MartinSLewis I keep seeing these tweets and I know you want to help but have no idea how to apply the mountain of info in your link to my circumstances. It's too confusing. I just want a simple calculator where I plug the information in and it tells me if it's worthwhile to go on fixed tariff

@MartinSLewis We’re with @ShellEnergyHome but they are not offering any fixes. Can I switch to a different provider or are those scarce fixes only for existing customers?
