Even though I am still natty, i can understand the enhanced crowd too. The bodybuilding side of it has a great history and community that is not about women. Strength is strength, and s&c for a sport is a no brainer. Doubt anyone who tries to steer you from what is healthy.

The thing women fail to understand is that although a lot of people start lifting to impress women in some way, most realize that the reason fit looking men get partners kinda easier not due to the body but the confidence. Lifting helps with confidence. Lifting more helps more.
