I’m always honest to people when they ask how the pitch is, at the minute, it’s not good 5 games in heavy rain through nov /dec, training and international fixtures has taken its toll, the 2nd of 3 home games in 10 days tonight. Personally disappointed but things will get better

@KchurchyK We don’t use any heat elements on the rigs currently so definitely no scorching mate

@cslong14 There was a part I noticed Monday night that looked like lamp scorches? Are they that powerful it could do that?

Our last 4 games plus a training session have been played in heavy rain, meaning the pitch has started to suffer quite badly, a small break allowing some vital TLC, trying a few new ideas to promote new growth 🤞🏻

@MarkBcfc3 @BloozEXTRA It’s a industry standard mate, we try and keep the surface within a certain parameter of firmness, constant mowing compacts the ground, “punching holes” relieves that

@BloozEXTRA Ireland trained from 18yard to centre circle night before the U21 game, then England warmed up in the same place in monsoon conditions, another 3 games in wet conditions has created what you can see, trying everything g to get it back before Charlton 🙏🤞🏻

@cslong14 Pitch looked shagged against Watford. Just outside the 18 yard box GM end theres a patch that didn't look great. Fairplay for the work you and your team put in to repair and stabilise it. Must be some serious graft.

Been a long time coming, but we now have 6 of our new @SGLsystem LED lighting rigs on the pitch to aid recovery and bring a better playing surface for the players, 3 more incoming! Massive investment yet again by the club 💪 @BCFC

We are now ready for the first game of the 2025/26 Premier League season vs @BrentfordFC. Overall I’m happy with the quality of the pitch despite there being a few areas that are a little behind due to the surrounds project🌳

@totfinsol @Pitchworksuk @HarrodSport @BCFC Hi mate, plain and simple it gets zero sun! It will never be the best part of the pitch, we can help it with grow lights to a certain point but it’s certainly an area that will struggle in the winter months

@cslong14 @Pitchworksuk @HarrodSport @BCFC Hi Chris. Have you fixed the issue in the corner of the KOP adjacent to the GM. Every season that corner is the worst part of the pitch did you find any particular issues in that area?
