Controversy, Cheadle 2s did what Carey did to Bairstow by waiting for the batsmen to leave the crease to throw down the stumps to win against Barlaston in the last over run chase. Cheadle ran around celebrating, you can watch it on Barlaston YouTube of the game, what do u think

@SportsbeatJohn It was me who stumped him. Firstly he never went back in his crease at all and that’s why I threw it. He’d done it a few times. Secondly, it didn’t feel like I had the ball that long in the heat of the moment. Lastly, Barlaston and the umpires were fine with it all. Great match.

@Titto93x I think the start of the season date needs to be looked at though. In the past few years, the weather has been nicer at the back-end of September than mid-April (in general). And playing the cup on the Sat before the season needs to stop; that doesn’t feel right at all.
