Would you be okay losing 10–15% of your FPS for an anti-cheat in CS2 like FACEIT's? 🤔 Memory Integrity, IOMMU, VBS etc do cut performance and they are required to be enabled for Anti-cheat to work.

I saw a 4-stack of poop getting VAC NETed yesterday... FR... Jumping helicopters getting screwed... It took just 67,000 reports from 5 people over the course of the entire match, while they came prancing all the way to the base to kill everyone at once with wallbanged headshots from Scouts and R8s... It was worth it. WAS SO GOOD.... FUCK THOSE NOOBS! ... . . Today they are back to action. The cooldown has ended🤡💀 GOOD JOB VAC DEVs Very Gaming, AAA!

I sold everything I had. Every skin I owned is gone. I'm completely out of the CS2 gameplay, I can't take it anymore. Aggressive cheaters, manipulation, everything is so intense. Premiere is over, I am out. I am very glad to meet you, life has dreams, each is wonderful. VAC Sucks! 🫂

CS2 IS THE NEW TF2. ... Due to Valve's inertia and lack of courage, CS is really dying. In 26 years of CS I've never seen a CS so infested in my life. Besides that, no other CS before had this total lack of will from Valve regarding the game. CS2 is the new TF2.... it's being left abandoned in the corner of the room like they did with TF2. Valve is no longer interested in the game, they're just maintaining it cuz of the skin market. It's obvious. As for the cheaters, they only want to put everyone in their own square, separating people by trust factor. There's zero interest in removing those who cheat, because they also buy skins. CS Players are only cash cow now. Costumers... FAIR PLAY IS DEAD. The idea is to separate them, but the system is complete garbage, and a skilled legit player always ends up playing against disgusting noob cheaters. There's no will to remove cheaters and ban people who cheat fr. If a guy cheats, he gets a cooldown.... THAT'S THE MOST IDIOTIC THING EVER DONE FOR AN AC SYSTEM. CS IS REALLY DYING. THE SAME WAY WE SAW TF2 DIE. ONLY THOSE WHO DON'T WANT TO SEE IT DON'T SEE IT. I hope they prove me wrong.

Allegedly Valve won't make a kernel-level AC because they want to keep the player numbers artificially high. No, it's not because of privacy. You already have a kernel-level driver with Steam. A kernel-level AC would break bot farming. A kernel-level AC would get rid of all those $3 cheaters. So if they implemented a kernel-level AC, those artificial player numbers would go down. The best way for Valve to keep those numbers while still introducing a kernel-level AC would be to make it optional. Cheaters could play HvH without AC, and legit players could choose to play with a proper AC.
