Brandel Chamblee was never a good golfer, and is an even worse commentator on The Golf Channel. He is mean, divisive and shows blatant favoritism and hate for certain golfers. I change the channel when he is on, and wish he would be fired.

I have a major issue with players coming back to the tour. I feel like the higher-ups would take anybody back, but I believe in the principle of the thing you ditched your contract, you went with the enemy, even when some of you said that you weren’t going you chased after the money because you didn’t feel like you were given enough here all fair in love and competition and if you can’t handle that then maybe you aren’t good enough to be on a tour. If they come back, then they come back I mean, it’d be really unfortunate that they couldn’t do their job. Any place else they tried and failed, but there needs to be serious consequences. You can’t just do whatever the hell you want and think you can get away with it.

Jordan Spieth was asked about the ongoing situation with LIV and how the PGA Tour should treat players who want to return. "I'm not sure. I'm not sure if it should be the same for everyone. I know olive branches were given out, you know, a couple months ago. Brooks took 'em up on it. So I'm not sure what would now change. Obviously with, if it -- and I don't even know, that doesn't necessarily mean that LIV's not going to still move on, too. "I think there's just too many unknowns for me to have a good gauge on what would happen there. But I think, if there's a system for Brooks and a system for Patrick Reed, does that stay the same for guys in the same category as those two coming back or does it change now. Does it change for guys who sued and dropped their membership. "There's just a lot of different things that happened over the last four years for that. I'm kind of glad I'm not in that room, and I trust the guys that are in that room to make the right decision."

Heaven ushered in a hero of the faith last night as my Dad was welcomed home! Many will say sorry for your loss but the truth is he’s not lost, we know exactly where he is. He’s home. Forever! I asked him last week what he looked forward to most about Heaven, and he simply said, “Jesus.” He couldn’t wait to see Jesus face to face. Praise God that his wait is over. Huge news out of LIV Golf. Smash GC is no more. OKGC is the future. It makes total sense for a league focused on a “Global” market to put down roots in Oklahoma. Oklahomans will love traveling to Singapore and Saudi Arabia to support Gooch and squad.
