Took 6 of the new Aether Quality Screeners yesterday. Passed all 6 🫡 Safe to say I've figured it out... hopefully Outlier doesn't decide to switch up the questions again anytime soon 😂 If you've received the Aether Quality Screener email, bring it. Also available for Outlier onboarding and account management. Don't lose your good account because of avoidable mistakes 🤝

I’ve written over 50+ Handshake assessments and failed 0. Best platform fr, they just need to send more Hedgehog invites. The platform actually wants you to make money, as long as you’re doing a good job. Also, we got a new invite to Project Axle at $50/hr. Have a great week guys

Outlier Aether project should learn from Handshake Hedgehog project Instead of always giving random Unapproved Annotator status here and there due to quality issues, they should do what hedgehog does, give weekly assessments, anytime someone fails assessment they will be out of the project simple. I have not seen a Handshake account with Unapproved Annotator status but all of them works on the same multimango.

Let me tell you how Outlier Aether onboarding is structured now First Onboarding assessment test is now Aether Quality screener and no long the previous one If you pass the New Aether quality screener, you will get Multimango Evals, that gives you 10 hours working limit per day. If you fail the New Aether Quality screener, they will give you a second chance but you need to attend webinar, Not any webinar but (the one titled "Video Evals") 24hrs after attending the webinar, they will allow you to take the Quality screener test again . If you fail for the 2nd time, they will ship the account back to Aether Generalist (with this one you will only be working 3 hours per day) Worst case scenario, is if you attempt to write the test with Ai or copy pasting someone work, they will deactivate the account ie permanent ban.
