Pursuant to the US Constitution the state legislatures are tasked with creating election law. Not the Secretaries of State, not the Election Commissioners, not even the governor's by misuse of emergency powers edicts. In the 2020 election, no state legislature had passed

@DanielB_ @GeriPerna @QTWIQ Nope. COVID was the result of gain of function experimentation. It was weaponized, made more dangerous, by scientists. By definition it's a bio weapon. MRNA has been around for a long time. It failed time and again in animal trials. But for some reason it was someone's baby

@ctom3304 @GeriPerna @QTWIQ No, you very likely have that backwards, and only BIOWEAPON is STILL available mRNA jabs (also Remdesivir - WAY TO GO, RFK Jr!), and alleged CO[N]vid-19[84] "virus" may well be NOTHING but renamed flu, with FRAUDULENT use of RT-PCR (~40 cycles), and counting ALL deaths as CONvid.

My son is a nurse. He refused the shot, knowing what could happen. My neighbor is a nurse anesthetist. He took the shot and a booster. He almost died from severe blood clots. You had a choice. I understand you could have lost your job, but what good is a job if you are dead or unable to work? I was fired for refusing to wear a mask...stand your ground next time!
Tracy smith@browt1971

Please Stop claiming your choice was “taken away” during the COVID mandates. Nobody dragged you into a chair and forced that shot into your arm. You made a decision under pressure, just like the rest of us did. I am a frontline healthcare worker in the ER, and I refused the shot because it was rushed, lacked long-term data, and had too many unanswered questions. I watched what was happening firsthand, and I could not in good conscience take it or push it on patients. I made my choice knowing there would be consequences, and I paid for it with my career when I was unlawfully terminated. What’s insulting is watching vaccinated people now run to social media claiming they were “forced,” “coerced,” or “blackmailed” to escape responsibility for their own decision. The unvaccinated faced the exact same threats — loss of income, public ridicule, discrimination, isolation, and pressure from every direction — yet many of us still stood firm and refused. You had a choice. We all did. Some people chose comfort, compliance, and fear over standing up for their rights and freedoms. Others accepted the consequences of saying no. But don’t rewrite history now to make yourselves victims while ignoring the people who lost jobs, reputations, friendships, and stability because they refused to comply. Own the decision you made the same way the rest of us had to own ours.

@mzmaurus @GeriPerna @QTWIQ Coercion is NOT a choice. Not legally. Not morally. Acquiescence. That is what we are talking about. But language is important. Keeping an eye toward accountability in the future for those that created these circumstances. There was no choice. Some people acquiesced. Some didn't

@GeriPerna @QTWIQ other. Make no mistake we were all infected by the virus and will all eventually experience the ramifications of that. Whether the shots exacerbated those ramifications or added another set of ramifications remains to be seen.

@GeriPerna @QTWIQ The shots were a secondary assault upon mankind. The medical community forced the biggest human experiment in human history with respect to MRNA technology. Never let a crisis go to waste. 🤔 Arguing over the vax is another way to divide us. To make us sit in judgement on each

@brittilina them. Simple as that. It may be frustrating or anxiety producing for him further throwing him off his baby game. Many older folks develop neuropathy where they lose sensation in the hands, feet and legs. Scary for them. Again undermining their confidence.

@brittilina Aging is a complex prospect. Things start to go, things you otherwise take for granted or would never even think about. Eyesight, hearing, balance, muscle tone. Your dad may not be grabbing for them kiddos anymore because his balance off and he just doesn't feel safe holding

It’s actually been really sad to see my parents lose their ability to handle kids as more have been added to our family. My oldest was born in 2014, and my parents were there for EVERYTHING. My dad would hold and comfort and bounce a crying baby all evening. When my third was born (2023), there was a gap of like 6 weeks where they were unable to see her and it was apparently a crucial bonding time for her bc she would never calm at their house. Instead of trying to spend more time and bond with her, they just mostly stopped watching her for our date nights. She didn’t really get used to her grandparents till her first birthday or even later. I just had a baby 6 weeks ago. My parents watched our kids for 3 nights while I was in the hospital. All 3 older kids sleep through the night, mostly take care of themselves. Yet by the last morning my mom had made herself sick (fever, sore throat) worrying about them and barely sleeping herself. This deterioration is devastating, especially from my dad, who called himself “the baby hog” with all my cousins and always bragged that he could calm down any baby. That man is just… gone.

How do people with 5+ kids have grandparents that watch them? Like my parents aren't young enough to keep up with that many kids especially when they're young. I'm always amazed by big family influencers going on like week long vacations but leaving the kids with the grandparents

The FBI is spying on the Trump team today. Right now. How do I know? I caught them. Here’s the secret search warrant they filed against me, a Trump staffer, AFTER Pres Trump won in 2024. They continued spying on me until December 10, 2025 - one year into the new Trump Admin. Five months ago. THEY ARE STILL SPYING NOW. scribd.com/document/10149…

@Fair_and_Biased Fashion is ALL she has. No one thinks she's brilliantly intelligent. No one believes she legitimately earned her way to an Einstein visa- she can't even speak *English* let alone all the other languages she professes to speak. She married a predatory rapist/ pedophile for cash.

I feel like Melania’s really coming into her own in Trump’s second term. They were merciless toward her in his first. This time she’s taking a page out of Trump’s book: “I did it my way.” She didn’t have a fake lunch with Jill Biden. She’s living part time in NYC. She’s spearheading an initiative she seems to really believe in. She’s comfortable with the White House now – decorating and making changes to match her taste and style. And she’s flawlessly using fashion as an act of defiance.

🚨OH. MY. GOSH!!! HORRIFYING new court documents show that a warrant for Greg Biffle's helicopter co-pilot, Aaron Lloyd, and Aaron's wife, Kayelee Lloyd, were issued following information that HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS were stolen from Greg Biffle after he and his family perished in a plane crash. Aaron Lloyd famously helped Greg Biffle fly his helicopter to rescue Hurricane Helene victims in Western North Carolina. Investigators say the plan was carried out by people within the Biffles’ inner circle and had likely been in place for some time. “It is the belief of this affiant that a plan has been in place by friends of Gregory Biffle and strategically executed after the de*th of the Biffle family." This is beyond horrifying...

@Sue40931356 @C__Herridge @Crowenation4547 @Comey Threats are not protected speech. Whether a statement is a threat is a question of fact for the jury to determine. So your 99% at the trial level and at the Supremes is a gross over estimation of the odds in this matter. Besides, Comey is going to be implicated in the indictments

Consciousness of Guilt Behavior: If the @comey case gets as far as discovery, his contemporaneous texts, emails and other communications will likely reveal his intent and unfiltered response to the public backlash over his Instagram post. Comey took down the Instagram post the same day, claiming he believed "8647" was political speech, not associated with violence.
CSPAN@cspan

Q: "How will you prove intent when…Mr. Comey said he did not associate '86' with doing harm?" Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche: "How do you prove intent in any case? You prove intent with witnesses, with document, with the defendant himself."

@Dave_Bottt @Sue40931356 @C__Herridge @Crowenation4547 @Comey It will get as far as it gets. I'm sure this is not the only criminal charge heading Comey's way. He will UNDOUBTEDLY be part of the indictments that will be issued out of Fort Pierce. Comey will spend the foreseeable future defending himself.

@realdefender45 I'm convinced Trump cares nothing for us. If he decides to save this poor lovely lady Tina Peters I will be shocked. But I will not be shocked if he does absolutely nothing. I'm ashamed I supported him for over 15 years.

😡Colorado Judge Denies Appeal Bond for Tina Peters😡 Today, April 29, 2026, Mesa County District Court Judge Matthew D. Barrett denied former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters’ renewed motion for an appeal bond. In denying the bond, the judge cited Peters’ access to private air travel, history of bond violations, prior conviction, repeated delays in the case, and concluded that she is not unlikely to flee and that further appeals appear frivolous and aimed at delay. The motion was denied without a hearing. It’s time @POTUS steps in on this one. They will never treat @realtinapeters fairly

@Jellenne She definitely has an exceptional depth of self awareness in terms of what works to enhance her attributes and minimize any struggle points. I have not loved all her choices but she always looks impeccable. This pink gown was not my favorite but she looked stunning.

This Dior gown, while beautiful isn't my favorite for Melania. It does reflect her preference for sophisticated architecture in design choices but it's not as flattering as the gorgeous white suit earlier in the day, IMO. That said her refinement, particularly in the balance of minimal but impactful accessorizing, make up and hair is outstanding.
