@Thehullboy1 Mate I need an extra day after a 10k , never mind what you’re doing!! Dig deep and finish strong, no matter what!!

So I can see my dad at the finish line and for my health, we have pushed back the finish line by a day to finish this Thursday. Slightly gutted it’s an extra day but yesterday my body was on its last legs and was very sleep deprived. It’s a 12 hour journey for my parents so to finish a day later will help break the journey up for my dad and for my mum driving. 3 more runs then, 68 miles till John O groates. Let’s make history!

Day 9, feeling very ill today but we are going to get the miles done no matter what- we do this for @mindcharity. On some positives tho I’ve fit into a size large shirt for the first time in over 5 years. Suppose burning 4K calories a day helps 😅

When we were clearing my mum’s house I grabbed a few of these knives. Made in Sheffield. Probably originally from my grandmother’s house and dating from late 1930s. And never was there a finer device for spreading butter.
