American is a race. Descended from western European peoples, primarily English, German and Scot. Born in the frontier. United through war, famine, loyalty, kinship and Christianity. Entrepreneurial, hard-headed and strong willed. I am an American Nationalist.

I've been taking maltodextrin (carbohydrates) before lifting and man it makes all the difference. I can definitely recommend it before lifting heavy, over and above a pre-workout even.

Rowdy storm rolling through Texas. I've never seen a lightning bolt cover the entire sky before. How mighty is our God that the fiercest storms are nothing to him?

@WilltellTi33608 Yeah for some reason Republicans are super eager to show the left they aren't racist. Completely and thoroughly broken people.

@cultcrit Tatum was grifting off gullible white republicans who love it when a black agrees with them on anything. In the end, they will always side with blacks.

"We need to bring back Blockbuster!" ...I know the vibe is different but you can go to any public library right now and borrow movies for free. And video games. And books. Or you could just hang out. It's been this way for years

The algorithm definitely changed. I went from getting 4 likes to 400 overnight, which pretty obviously confirms we were being algorithmically suppressed.

Very interesting, for sure. One thing I learned from reading Sam Francis is that the initial expansion of the managerial state was from material circumstances rather than ideological ones. Namely that as business got bigger and populations increased and centralized into urban areas, the utility and thus adoption of managerial technique grew as well. Then from Jacque Ellul in The Technological Society that any technical innovation (such as standards, methods, procedures, techniques, etc) would quickly become widely adopted and then assumed, because it was expedient to build off what was already there (if a competing merchant invented the wheel, why reinvent the wheel?). It eventually reaches a saturation point where this technique is necessary to compete against other people that have adopted it (military techniques are the most obvious example, such as mobile artillery, atom bombs, now drones). This would help explain why 'compliance' is so ubiquitous. It allows managers to have the appearance of objectivity but also of success criteria. Since the managers job is to manage, some correlation to a set of more or less arbitrary criteria provides justification for their existence as managers and has at this point become saturated where this is now viewed as one of the primary techniques (or maybe -the- primary technique?) of managerial bodies. It masquerades as some testament to the efficacy of the managerial techniques used while itself being a managerial technique.

@DrInsensitive 180 is very low. Anything under 275 and you won't have a maillard reaction (browning) so it won't get burnt. It needs to be 160+ for a long time to render all the fat and 180 is going to bring it to that temperature range very, very slowly.

You May Call Me A Retard In theory, beef can be fully tenderized (that is, the collagen fully gelatinized) in 12 hours at 180F, and will hold most of its moisture. So I put a chuck roast in my oven this morning at 180F. After 8 hours, its internal temp is 148. Grok says at 150F, the collagen is not breaking down at all. Which means that after 8 hours at 180F, the meat has not even STARTED to tenderize. I know what you are thinking, and I thought it too. So I checked: The same meat thermometer says my oven is holding 179.4. I learn something new every day, and dinner may be late.
