@WBC_Help good evening. I wanted to report that the cleaner never cleans the floor outside of the back exit from the lift lobby at Lyndhurst house sw15. Please can this be resolved? It's disgusting and always full of rubbish and spilage.

@WBC_Help @wandbc does not care about #firecompliance in their blocks. This is still not resolved @WBC_Help I got an email 11th February contradicting everything the engineer has told me during the visit. Nobody is responding to me. I received no official letter! This is a disgrace!!!

@WBC_Help Hi you have advised me via DM that someone from the team will update me and I still heard nothing about replacing doors to fire safe. Over a month passed and 4 months since the inspection.

@McDonaldsUK cannot even do anything cs via your app is absolutely useless. I just order delivered via Uber eats (I made it via your app) whole food is stale and 1/3 of the fries is missing. Uber eats support was useless. Refunded me fries and refused to help with the rest

@UPS_UK Hi I just received a notification that you are investigating because parcel was lost. How was it lost from a locker 🤡 your driver placed it in there 2 weeks ago

@WBC_Help hi a person from council came to Lyndhurst house 3rd October claiming that they are checking if flat doors are fire safe. He advised me council will write to me within 3 weeks about replacing mine as bit fire safe. It has been nearly 2 months. Was it legit?
