Today was the first day i went to my dad’s grave. I got to see the headstone my sister and I designed for the first time. I’m really happy my sister had the idea to do this today she’s the one who got me here. I can’t help but feel it’s meant that my album came out same weekend as Father’s Day cuz i know how much purity meant to him and I think he woulda been proud of the truth on it. He passed a week after my last album dropped so that they feel tied together in my brain. I like that now this one is a little tied to him too. After he died I went to his apartment and he had stacks of the last album there, idek how he got them so quickly lol. I think about that a lot. I know if he was here he’d be bumping this one too!!!! He was the music man. He was the artist. I’m just his son. Thank God. I would say I miss him but I feel like I’m with him while writing this !!!!! Love you dad. Happy Father’s Day guys ❤️
