There’s a live dispute in @AuraFinance that could reshape @Balancer today. Aura controls ~67.6% of Balancer governance via $vlAURA, so whoever holds it effectively directs that power. @humpy and other large holders are blocking changes to keep $BAL emissions, which sustain their influence. Balancer + Aura teams are pushing to pass it, with only @kpk supporting from outside. The vote ends at 11 PM and is likely to pass. Ironically, that would undermine Aura’s own model, and there’s already discussion about shutting it down.

This robot rides a bike like a mountain biker. Technology that can do this can imitate any animal. Software that can balance was trained. It was programmed by sculpting an algorithm with recursive simulation, rather than programming it like ‘if this then that’. This is learning software, the new way to program a computer. Once the best techniques for movement learning disseminate, anyone will be able to train an AI to move like an animal. Which means we’re in for a world full of computers that move around the environment like animals. And it looks like that might happen very fast <10 years. Imagine a house like a jungle of robots that move like living creatures. There will be new pets. New games robots and training robots. Maybe the walls will breathe with rhythms that soothe our nervous systems, or amp us up. The bottleneck really be who can afford to create affordable robots. And to what extent they are programmable. Self assembling modular robotic parts that can tool use their physical environments. When will they be capable to fashion themselves bodies?

@apoorveth Fun fact: there is a open-source Tally version called Tally Zero. We made it, it's free. zero.tally.xyz You can't actually vibecode it in a day, and it also can't be hosted on ens + ipfs either. The infra is actually just too complicated.
